Information you choose to provide
New visitors may choose to provide a one-sentence, nonconfidential description of the general problem, their name, a safe phone number, an optional email address, and a preferred response method. Existing clients are asked only for basic contact information and are not asked what service or matter is involved. Please do not provide a detailed narrative, names of other parties, government identification numbers, payment-card information, medical information, evidence, documents, passwords, or other confidential or sensitive information.
How information may be used
The firm may use the limited information you provide to respond to your inquiry, route it to the appropriate person, arrange an appointment, protect the website, and maintain business records. Submitting information does not create an attorney-client relationship.
Virtual assistant and service providers
The website relies on service providers for hosting, security, communications, and virtual-assistant functions. When you use the virtual assistant, your messages and the contact information you choose to submit are transmitted to the assistant service so it can respond, store the request in the firm’s private inbox, and help the firm follow up. A staff email notice is described as sent only when the connected email provider confirms that it accepted the notice for delivery.
General legal education
The assistant may retrieve current public information from official government and court sources to answer general legal-education questions. It cannot apply law to your facts, give legal advice, calculate deadlines, predict outcomes, or review documents. Links to outside official sources are governed by those sites’ privacy practices.
Chat and call records
Full chat-transcript retention is not enabled by default. Call recording and transcription are not enabled by default. If the firm later enables either feature, the applicable notice and consent process will be presented before use and this notice will be updated.
Public website notice
This is the firm’s public website. Information submitted through the virtual assistant may be transmitted and processed as described above. Do not use the website or assistant for confidential, sensitive, urgent, or time-critical information.
